REFUND POLICY

All services provided by Project EKO LC will be governed by a written service agreement or contract between Project EKO LC and the client.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the individual service agreement or contract.

Any claims for breach of contract or requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be evaluated based on the terms of the applicable agreement.

We reserve the right to determine, in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement or contract, whether a refund or credit is warranted.
4. Digital Products

If we provide digital products, the terms and conditions of their use and any applicable refund policy will be included in the relevant service agreement or contract.

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
5. Services Already Rendered

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement or contract, no refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed or completed.
6. Agreement Governs

All work, including any claims for breach of contract or requests for refunds, will be assessed and resolved only in accordance with the terms of each individual service agreement or contract.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this general Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Refund Policy on our Site. This general policy does not supersede the terms of any individual service agreement or contract.
8. Georgia Law
This policy and all service agreements are governed by Georgia law.
